Welcome to Atlas Chiropractic Clinic (located in The Belmore Centre)

New Patients are always welcome at our clinic.  If you are fed up with suffering from pain and frustrated with taking painkillers that don’t work – chiropractic is a natural and effective treatment for joint and muscle conditions.

Let us get you well and stay well!

Chiropractic is not just all about treating back pain.  Even though large number of our patients suffer from back pain - we also treat a wide range of joint, muscle, ligament and nerve conditions affecting all the joints in the body.

Our goal is to identify the cause of your pain and get you back to your regular activities as quickly as possible.

We aim to..

- Explain your problem clearly

- Treat the root cause of your problem not just the symptoms

- Educate you on the condition and how to manage it and prevent it from    returning.

- Deliver a high level of quality care

- Allow enough time in treatment sessions so that you never feel rushed.  Our sessions are booked for 30 minutes so that there is time for you to ask questions and deliver quality treatment. We don’t want to run a conveyor belt system where you are treated quickly in 5-10 minute slots.

- Have you feel confident in us so that you would be happy to refer your family and friends to our clinic.

Why Use Chiropractic?

Chiropractors are trained to assess joint, muscle and nerve function to identify what is causing a problem.  Chiropractic treats the cause of symptoms rather than just the pain itself.  It often takes years of constant strain on your  joints before symptoms appear. Many of our regular daily activities can cause our joints to lose their normal movement which can cause pain and stiffness.  Million of people continue day to day, unaware of problems building up in their spine and never think to have a spinal check.

However these same people will regularly visit the dentist for check-ups and take their car to the garage to service it.  Good spinal health is as important for your health as proper nutrition - a properly functioning spine is essential for your overall well-being.

Treatment consists of a wide range of manipulative and soft tissue techniques designed to improve joint function and to relieve pain and muscle spasms without the use of drugs and surgery. It is a safe form of treatment that allows your body to heal naturally.

Chiropractor:   Anne Pundak MSc D.C.

I graduated in 2000 from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth after 5 years full-time study with a masters degree in chiropractic  I completed a further year of post-graduate study in which I gained my diploma and earning the title of Doctor of Chiropractic.

I have spent the last 10 years working in various clinics in Buckinghamshire before setting up Atlas Chiropractic in The Belmore Centre in 2010.  Today's lifestyles are very hectic for most people and often coupled with long periods  of inactivity or poor posture which all place a toll on our spine and joints.  It is my aim to educate people on the importance of maintaining a healthy spine by making them aware of what is causing their condition and how to prevent it through adapting their lifestyle.

I have attended various post-graduate courses in soft tissue techniques, rehabilitative exercises and nutrition.  This allows me to offer patients a range of treatments to optimize their recovery. I am especially interested in spinal and joint rehabilitation as a correct posture and properly functioning joints depend on strong core stability.

I am a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the General Chiropractic Council.
